Your Pet Facebook Cover

People who wish to participate in the activity: "Your Mascot Facebook Cover", must meet the requirements detailed in this document.

The dynamic will be in force from September 10 to 20

Mechanics:

The contest will be held on Facebook, those interested must upload one (1) photo of their pet as a comment on the publication made by Laboratorios Edo, leave a message specifying why they love their pet and use the hashtag #edoPets on your comment. The publication of the participant that receives the most positive reactions on Facebook will be the winner and her photograph will be selected to be published as a cover on our fan page.

Winners:

The winners will be notified by means of an internal message through Facebook and must provide their full name, that of their pet and an authorization for their photograph to be used as an image in the Edo Laboratories profiles.

Awards:

The prize of the activity consists of using the photograph of the participant as part of the content of Laboratorios Edo's social networks. Under no circumstances will the transfer of the prize to a person other than the one corresponding to the data be accepted. If the person does not confirm via internal message the authorization to use the image, it cannot be published within the profiles of Laboratorios Edo.

Recommendations for participants:

  • Contest valid only in Colombia.
  • The contest closes on September 20 at 11:59 pm.
  • Edited comments will be disqualified.
  • Pet photos that are from Google and do not have copyright will not be taken into account.
  • Within the comments of the publication or in the photograph, no product or message alluding to the competition or other veterinary pharmaceutical laboratories may appear.

General conditions:

All the data that the participants provide to Laboratorios Edo during the activity to participate must be true, valid and verifiable. In case of finding that the information provided is false or not in accordance with reality, the participant will be disqualified and removed from the activity immediately.

Laboratorios Edo, will have the freedom to cancel and eliminate publications of the participants in the case of abusive, rude behavior or that go against the good name of the organizer, the Laboratorios Edo brand and/or any person or institution.

Any behavior considered fraudulent, authorizes the unilateral disqualification of the participant, without there being any place to make any type of claim or compensation. The disqualification of a participant should not be notified and does not have any recourse. Similarly, if any infringement is detected that could confuse or be detrimental to the brand, the company, its employees or shareholders, the participant will be disqualified.

If for any reason the winners do not provide the necessary information to send the prize, it will be delivered to another participant.

The following people are expressly excluded from winning in this activity: (i) Laboratorios Edo employees, their spouses and family members up to the second degree of consanguinity, second degree of affinity and only civil; (ii) The employees of the advertising agency linked to this activity, their spouses and family members up to the second degree of consanguinity, second degree of affinity and only civil; (iii) The employees of the organizer's suppliers, their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, second degree of affinity and only civil; (iv) The employees of the advertising agency in charge of the administration of the web page of the activity, their spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, second of affinity and only civil.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions:

Participation in this activity implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as the decisions that Laboratorios Edo adopts on any matter not provided for in them, which will be final and irrevocable. The participants certify that they will comply with each and every one of the provisions established in this document. Therefore, Laboratorios Edo will not be responsible for the effects and consequences of any violation or non-observance of these provisions by the participants, and they will be the sole responsibility of the participants who incur in said violation.
