Indications:

In dry cows for the treatment of clinical and subclinical mastitis caused by: Streptococcus agalactiae, S. dysgalactiae, S. uberis, S. Zooepidermis, E.coli, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Staphylococcus sp.

Composition:

Each mL of suspension contains:
Benzathine cloxacillin	70 mg
Ampicillin Trihydrate	35 mg
Excipients (White petrolatum, mineral oil, pure methylparaben, propylparaben, BHT) q.s	1 ml

Boxes of 4 syringes x 10 mL.

Dose:

UBRETOP should be administered during the first few days of the dry period, after disinfecting and draining the udder if necessary. Insert the cannula into the teat of the affected quarter and instill the entire contents of the syringe (10 mL). Massage the udder to aid in better diffusion of the medication. Repeat the dose every 24 hours, or as directed by a veterinarian. Sold by prescription only.

Application method:

Apply the indicated amount directly and evenly to the affected area.

Precautions

Retirement time:

Do not apply the product 30 days before slaughter of animals for human consumption. Milk produced by treated animals during the 72 hours following treatment must not be used for human consumption.
