Dose:

Administer EDO – SULFA 30% according to the indications of the Veterinarian.

It is recommended:
Cattle: 10 mL / 100 Kg of weight, which is equivalent to 30 mg / Kg of weight.
Horses: 5 mL / 100 Kg of weight, which is equivalent to 15 mg / Kg of weight.
Pigs: 4mL / 25 Kg of weight, which is equivalent to 48mg / Kg of weight.
Cats: 1mL / 10 Kg of weight which is equivalent to 30mg / Kg of weight.

Indications

Indicated in cattle, horses, pigs, dogs and cats for the treatment of infectious diseases of bacterial origin, caused by Staphylococcus sp., Streptococcus sp., Trueperella pyogenes sp., Bordetella sp., Clostrydium sp. , and Gram-negative microorganisms such as Proteus sp., Salmonella,. Pasteurella sp. and Klebsiella sp .;
Therefore, it is recommended for infections of the respiratory tract, digestive tract and urinary tract. Useful in coccidiosis in dogs and cats.

Precautions

Withdrawal time: 

Treated animals should not be slaughtered for human consumption until 10 days after the end of treatment. The milk produced during the treatment and 72 hours after the end of the treatment should not be given to human consumption.

The Sulfadiazine-Trimethoprim combination should not be administered to horses or dogs with liver damage, abnormal blood counts, or a history of sensitivity to sulfonamides.
Operators allergic to sulfonamides and/or amino pyrimidines should avoid contact of the product with the skin. Do not use in horses under sedation with alpha 2 adrenergic agonists.
